Free Vintage Easter Egg Greeting Cards

If it's Easter, you have to have Easter eggs, right? With these vintage Easter cards that feature Easter eggs, you don't even have to get out the dye kit and color the eggs; just download the cards and print.
Some of the art on these is just exquisite. In my opinion, the vintage woman coming out of the egg is especially lovely. I also love the paper cone filled with eggs and flowers. I seem to remember hearing somewhere that in days gone by eggs were sometimes delivered in paper cones, so that must have been the inspiration for that particular image. I should actually know more about this, because my grandfather drove a dairy wagon in Chicago during the Great Depression. I'm sure he delivered many eggs on his route. I wish he was still around so I could ask him more about his experiences.

Instructions for Downloading the Vintage Easter Egg Greeting Cards
Please read the terms of use in the "Rules of the Road" graphic below before downloading any images.
To download, choose a thumbnail version of any of the vertical or horizontal vintage Easter cards. When you click on one of the images, it will appear larger.Once you've chosen an image and see it larger, double-click on the larger image, which will make the best version of the art appear. Then, if you have a PC, just right-click and save the final version of the artwork to your hard drive. If you have a Mac, control-click the image until a menu appears that gives you the option to save it.

Great article, I am glad to read this.
I'm new at this and the last thing I want to do is step on other's toes. I'd like to use the Easter greeting (woman coming out of egg) on my Facebook page to wish family/friends Happy Easter (I'm new at this too). Is this allowable?

Thanks for asking. You're allowed to use the image as long as you place a link to this page in the comments box that's right above the browse button you will use to upload the image to Facebook. You'll have to put the image on your hard drive first.
The bottom line is that as long as people can tell where you got the image and can click a link to it, you may use it. :-)
