Free Gothic Fantasy Clip Art

By WordPlay

Long before Goths became associated with teenagers who dress predominantly in black and like depressing music, they were known as a 3rd- and 4th-century East Germanic tribe. I don't think the Goths of old actually ran into dragons, flying horses and unicorns, but the terms "Goth" and "gothic" have been associated with them anyway.

This modernized free gothic fantasy clip art represents just what it says: fantasy. Some of it, like the woman clip art, crosses over into what I would call New Goth territory. But the rest of it is pretty traditional gothic fantasy art, most of which was designed by Manfred Klein for Picnik. I hope you'll find it useful for Web sites, blogs, fliers or any number of other applications. You might also enjoy this zombie art, which goes even farther onto the dark side of the art world.
